“Money poured from the sky”: where Chinese investors buy real estate
For the past seven years, China has been demonstrating continuous growth in overseas property investment. In 2017, the volume of investments in commercial and residential properties grew by 18% and amounted to 119.7 billion dollars, according to research data of the largest Chinese portal of foreign real estate Juwai. Real estate market in Jordan: foreigners inflate prices
At the end of February 2018, Jordan approved a program for obtaining citizenship for investing in the country’s economy and an additional scenario – issuing a permanent residence permit in exchange for the purchase of real estate worth $ 282,000. Although only 500 applicants per year can receive citizenship or a residence permit in Jordan hopes that the new investment program stimulates the inflow of foreign capital.
